The Art of Healing at St Vincent's

At St Vincent’s, art is woven into the fabric of care. Across our hospitals and aged care facilities, it is more than decoration – it is an expression of compassion that reaches everyone who passes through our doors. Whether it is a vibrant painting in a busy corridor or a quiet sculpture in a waiting area, each piece helps create a sense of calm and belonging.

Through the St Vincent’s Art Program, we curate and care for a collection of more than 1,500 works that enrich our healing environment. For our patients, families and staff, these moments of beauty remind us that healing extends beyond medicine. They speak to the heart of who we are – a community grounded in creativity, empathy and hope.
