Earlier this year, we asked for your support to help transform epilepsy care at St Vincent's. Together we have raised more than $135,000 for the latest equipment which will help our Neurology Team diagnose seizures more quickly and plan safer treatments for people living with epilepsy.
A new portable ultrasound will help clinicians quickly and accurately locate veins and arteries for catheter insertion, making it easier to deliver fluids, medications and monitor patients.
David Hynes was ‘larger than life’ in every sense of the phrase. When he passed away from sarcoma in 2022, his family resolved to honour his life in the most meaningful way they knew.
