The Bank First team were on site at the Fitzroy Campus Courtyard on Wednesday 29 June to say thank you to St Vincent’s staff for the outstanding work they do.
As well as information and special St Vincent’s staff offers, they also gave out pamper packs filled with goodies from Bank First Charity Partner, Pinchapoo.
Michelle Bagnall, CEO of Bank First said, “Bank First was born 50 years ago when a group of 48 caring people came together with a shared purpose – to support those in our community. That same culture and ethos remains strong in Bank First today.
“It was a privilege, to attend the staff wellbeing launch at St Vincent’s Fitzroy, to honour and recognise the impact St Vincent’s staff make in our community, every single day.
“We are delighted to partner with St Vincent’s Foundation and our charity partner, Pinchapoo, to provide pamper packs to thank the staff at St Vincent’s Hospital for the work they do to support our community.
“This small gesture, alongside other Bank First Community Fund initiatives, such as the St Vincent’s Nursing Scholarships and emergency hospital hygiene packs, is part of our way of recognising and supporting our healthcare heroes.”
Richard Thayer, St Vincent's Foundation Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager said, “It was exciting to welcome Bank First in our first corporate event since the pandemic. Hopefully this will be the first of many events acknowledging our staff and the care they provide.
