Malcolm Campbell, Principal of Nicholas O’Donohue, expert in Estate Law, provided clear, real life examples of the different scenarios that may occur in relation to Wills as well all the recent changes in the law.

- Divorce
- Birth of children/ grandchildren
- Sell or buy property
- Powers of attorney, need appointing
